My story
My Background
After studying at American University and 25 years of working in New York running a family business, I experienced a creative metamorphosis after life changing events 15 years ago. Painting and drawing became my passion, allowing me to express my emotions and to cope with challenges in my life. I moved to St .Petersburg in 2020 to find my place in the Warehouse Arts District, amongst a thriving arts community.
My Medium
I use many different mediums, such as enamel, acrylics, and pastels. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its' own individual style. I love bold color and utilize the colors of nature in my art.
